What is the difference between Synego (80mm) and Brillant (70mm)?
Synego is the evolution. It is 10mm thicker, has 7 chambers instead of 5, and an additional middle sealing contour (optional). While Brillant is an excellent standard, Synego is a premium solution for maximum energy savings and passive houses.
Is this door suitable for Passive Houses?
Yes. With a heat transfer coefficient Uf down to 0.9 W/m²K and the ability to install triple-chamber glazing, Synego perfectly fits Passivhaus standards and nearly zero energy buildings (nZEB).
Will it protect from street noise?
Absolutely. Thanks to the ability to install thick acoustic units (up to 51mm), the door reduces noise levels by more than 20 times. You will stop hearing passing cars or neighbors barking dogs.
How reliable is the break-in protection?
The Synego design allows achieving resistance class RC3. This means the door withstands active break-in attempts using heavy tools (crowbar, pry bar) for an extended period.
Can the door be connected to a Smart Home?
