- Reinforcement: Special closed steel frame of increased cross-section (2.0 mm thickness), ensuring structural stability even at extreme temperatures.
- Threshold: Low aluminum threshold with thermal insert (thermal break), eliminating "cold bridge" and freezing in the lower part of the opening.

Frequently Asked Questions about WDS Door 76
Is this door better than a metal (armored) one?
For thermal insulation — yes, many times better. Metal freezes, but 76 mm PVC doesn't. For security: with RC2 hardware, our door provides protection sufficient for private homes (where burglars more often go through windows than break main doors).
What's the maximum sash size?
Thanks to powerful reinforcement, we can manufacture single-sash doors up to 1150 x 2350 mm. For wider openings, we offer double-sash options or fixed side panels (fijos).
Can the door be made in color?
Yes, over 40 lamination colors are available. "Wood" textures or matte aluminum are especially popular, making the door indistinguishable from expensive wooden alternatives.
What hinges do you install?
We use only reinforced door hinges (Dr.Hahn or equivalents), each rated for up to 140 kg load. Usually 3 hinges are installed per sash for maximum reliability.
