Frequently Asked Questions about WDS Door 76
How does this differ from regular WDS Door 76?
In a regular door, the panel is inserted INSIDE the profile (plastic edge visible). In the Sash version, the panel is BONDED to the profile exterior, completely covering it. This is more beautiful, warmer, and more rigid.
Won't the panel detach under Spanish sun?
No. We use industrial two-component adhesives and thermal expansion compensation technologies. The panel "floats" relative to the profile when heated but maintains airtightness.
Is this an aluminum door?
Visually it's indistinguishable from a premium aluminum door costing 2-3 times more. But inside it's warm PVC profile that retains heat better than cold metal.
Can a long handle be installed?
Yes, these doors combine perfectly with long stainless steel bar handles (Manillón) up to 2 meters long, as well as fingerprint access systems.
